Welcome to ISchooledJimmyP

I figure that I should stop hogging all the stories about me getting beat by someone at some random tournament like corporate league or Nationals, so I'm creating this to let people share and swap stories about beating me or my team at some point in the past 23 years. There are plenty of you out there, so don't be shy!

Sincerely,
Jim Parinella

Alright, I'll kick it off. Poultry Days 1997, Finals. Although the details are fuzzy now, the fact that I/we (Breasts and Thighs) schooled Jimmy P and his team (Red Rooster/Blue Chick) is beyond doubt. And we did it in a wonderfully demoralizing way. I'm sure Jimmy P can get the facts more straight than I but the finals were to 13 and we were down 7 to 3 at the half before running away with it at the end. How many Poultry Days titles do you have Jimmy?

Ladies and Gentlemen, Matt Greff!

I have nearly one PD title, making PD probably the tournament I have attended most without winning. The final was 13-12 after a 7-2 half (and maybe 9-3 at one point), with a diving block by one of our guys on one of our throws setting up their game-winner. More details can be found here.

Not many, but here are a few.
Poultry Days 98 finals - crushing blows to the ego as Friends of Frank rolled over Red Fish Blue Fish. No personal matchups with James P b/c I was busy making Mark Determan my bitch and point blocking Bim.
Mothers Day 99 Finals I think this was the last Mothers Day in Philly. a couple of incuts where you were playing me underneath and I faked a cut to the line and the break mark side, you bought it and looked towards the thrower.....Twice! I immedialtly cut to the center for a about 20 yards(anodyne never really stacked too well, at leaset when I had something to do with it).
I just remember thinking at the time; "hmmmmm, bloggs suck"

no

Actually I was thinking; "ok, I get it now"

1994 Summer League finals - Throbbers heavily favored over the upstart Sliders. Must have schooled Jimmy P a dozen times at least in our Sliders win.
